I'm very excited about Spoon's New Single "Written In Reverse" coming out digitally December 1st. And on the 5th it's released on 7" vinyl.

I'm really excited to because the 7" has an exclusive B side. Something extr for vinyl lover'a like me! Since I haven't heard any new upcoming tracks from Transference, not even live, I'm very excited! I'm sure it'll be great!

I wish there was a full stream of the song I could listen to right now because I heard it yesterday over the (internet) radio and it sounded way better than the past handful of times I've heard it live.
But I still prefer the other new songs over this one.

Yes I'm excited for that too. I'll be converting the b side on my computer right away so I can have it digitally. But yes I'm very excited for any early release of any song of Transference on vinyl.

I might buy both because i'm not sure I'll be able to wait until January for the vinyl just to hear the song. And it'll only be a buck on iTunes anyway, so I'll support the band.

oh the vinyl itself is pink? hmmm interesting...the only thing cooler than colored vinyl is clear vinyl...I love my Kings of Leon album

Oh yeah, The Feelies "Crazy Rythm" on White vinyl is prolly the coolest. Managed to recover my copy from my sister a few years ago. She thought she was clear. . .

Yes I downlaoded "Written in Reverse" last night....It was amazing! Britt's voice is extra growly and raspy. And I LOVE the line "some people are easily shuffled and dealt" just love it! I bought it digitally so I could hear it sooner, and support Spoon! I will be getting my hands on the 7" AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Can't wait to hear the B-side. I just have a feeling this album is going to be amazing!

Oh god!!!! I just noticed that! I'm a complete idiot! I-D-I-O-T!!I looked on the Merge website, and it wasn't a "pre-order" anymore, and it says the release date is 2009! So I tought it would ship right away.....I'm ashamed of myself. I wish I could blame it on my vision disorder....but I'm just an idiot.....
