Last ever? That's interesting. I hope that if they do the SpoonX3 thing again that they do either of the following choices:
a) don't have it in July
b) if it has to be July then please not at Stubb's
c) or move it to another city (West coast! Portland would be nice.)
Can't say I mind, since the price of a SXSW pass keeps me from seeing Spoon, so viva SpoonX3! I do agree it should be somewhere else in Austin and not in July, though.
I'm with everyone on not doing a Spoon-Fest outside in July in Texas ever again. What were they thinking‽ (Yet I attended all three nights. I can't say it was all a great experience, though.)
haha it would've been better if they had diversified the setlist a bit more. It was hotter than hell those days, but still fun. They should do a series of gigs in austin, that allows them to play every song in their arsenal.
