Is this just a SPOON list, or is it an anything goes list?

Anything goes!

Hmm... Here's one I made three years ago. I was super into it at the time, though there's approximately 0% chance I'd made a similar mix today.
01 Bawitdaba - Kid Rock *
02 15 Step - Radiohead
03 Perfect Disguise - Modest Mouse *
04 I Didn't Come Here To Die - Spoon
05 The Body Says No - The New Pornographers
06 Why Don't We Do It In The Road - The Beatles
07 Never Know - Jack Johnson
08 Innocent Bones - Iron & Wine *
09 For All The Pretty People - Ben Folds Five
10 Fell In Love With A Girl - The White Stripes
11 The Sweetest Thing [1980-90 Best Of version] - U2
12 Milli [clean/radio version] - Lil Wayne *
13 Not Turning Off - Spoon *
14 Yellow Cat (Slash) Red Cat - Say Anything
15 Silver Street [Live] - Ben Folds *
16 Stars - Dan Fogelberg
17 Vultures - John Mayer
18 Tiny Vessels - Death Cab For Cutie *
19 Caves - Jack's Mannequin
20 Great Is Thy Faithfulness [piano instrumental] - Chris Rice
21 End Of The Movie - Cake *
22 Baby, I Got Your Money - Say Anything*These are songs that I edited in some way. Some things were small, like fading in/out a song that originally was connected to another track on the CD. Some involved shortening intros or endings (Bawitdaba, Milli). The biggest change was End Of The Movie, where I took out the entire second half of the song (I only liked the first half).

Are you back from your trip yet? How was it?
Posted 12 years ago # -
Yes! I didn't go on a vacation type trip that weekend, it was a business road trip, which went well!
I've got a question: what do you use to edit/shorten downloaded songs? I burned Gabriel's playlist with all songs at full length like I've always done. This is probably a super elementary question for you guys.

I don't have any cool software to edit my music, I'm not very tech savvy to be honest. I would think Gabe or Tyler would be among the best people to ask. I'd love to know too!

I converted them to WAV with iTunes and then edited them with Audacity, which is a free sound editing program.
And good to hear your business trip went well!

Downloading Audacity as I type this. Time to tinker w/ tunes.

Yes I use audacity, along with garage band. I use garageband to edit, things like shorten a piece, or cut out something and fit it together.
P.S. Hello everyone. I miss this band called Spoon. Have you heard of them?
