Via 29-95.com. Could more dates be on the way?

Front page of Spoon's site got updated with the rest of the dates for this small string of shows in Texas.
April 11 in Austin and April 12 in Dallas.
Anybody here going and/or considering going to more than one show? I'm thinking about it...
Definitely going to at least one show- Houston and/or Austin.
I want to go to all of them, but I'm so broke right now! I'll probably go to the Austin show (since I live there and all), but I'll have to see if I have a spare $20.
I just found out Britt played a small charity event last month here in Portland, I'm beyond depressed that I missed it ):
Wow, Austin and Dallas shows sold out fast! Looks like Houston's still available.
I was thinking about just going to two of 'em but ended up getting tickets for all three shows so it's another trip to Texas for me. I'm really hoping they can play at least one new song.
I need a pair of Spoon Austin tickets. PM me!
@Captain The Dream of the 90s is alive in Portland
@Tyler Do you mean being able to see Britt in a more intimate venue? If so, True story (:
haha Tyler, indeed it is alive.
I wish I could go.
you all who do...a set list is expected!
Well yes it could apply to that HAHA. It was actually a quote from the show "Portlandia". A new show with Fred Armisen from SNL. It's hilarious, all about Portland.
OH! Haha, I didn't pick up on that. I like that show a lot. It's weird seeing Portland, as a backdrop for shows like Portlandia and Grimm and a few others. A little bit of round about Spoon trivia/dumb knowledge I have. Carrie Brownstein (of Portlandia), is a founding member of a band called Sleater Kinney. And when Britt does solo shows in Portland he's usually accompanied by friend and Sleater Kinney Drummer Janet Weiss.
So off the thread topic, but I feel compelled to share with the Portlandia fans present. Marc Maron's podcast WTF recently had Brownstein on as the guest. Great interview- loved her points on Portland's identity and technology & relationships.
