They really need to go on tour with some HD cameras, creative cameramen, outstanding equipment, gusto, a full blown piano, solo's, everything.

PLEASE Spoon, find the resources to release at least one tour DVD, preferably with some footage of a Austin gig in the future.

What songs would be perfect for a DVD setlist? and if you're really crazy, what venue would they shoot it in?

I'd choose Two sides of Monsieur Valentine at the Parish in Austin, TX. I just love it when they play there.

Note: The entire December show in Portland was filmed by an HD video team.

it's surprising they haven't released something live yet.

I was in contact with Austin City Limits awhile back (a year ago, more or less) and an employee told me that they were in the process of releasing a dvd of one of the performances that was aired on pbs. I guess it never happened. I have both of the televised broadcasts transferred over, but I would like to have the extra songs that were not included in them.

A DVD would be nice. I wish they had some older footage floating around.
