that was harsh, I'm sorry it didn't float his boat. I've always enjoyed a Spoon show, no matter where they play.
"Black Like Me" had the right amount of tendency.
Say what?
I don't think this kid needs to be writing any more reviews until he gets a firmer grasp on the English language.
"...right amount of tenderness", it says. Rub your eyes
Ol' boy must have edited it because yesterday I copied and pasted that quote.
Here's a concert review from last night's show - SPOT THE SPELLING ERROR (before he goes back and edits it)!
IT was a good show, however, I feel like they don't give enough love to Telephono and Soft Effects, and I really want to hear Metal Detektor!!! I'm not a big fan of how they use that echoing effect now, because Daniels doesn't really need it except maybe for Metal Detektor!!!
As far as the tuning goes, he spent quite a bit of time trying to fix his acoustic before quitting on it and replacing it during Black Like Me. It was kinda disappointing because I wanted him to find a way to keep playing it with his acoustic.
That jerk didn't take any pictures of Jim.
That makes me mad though when people just post a bunch of pictures and bitch about the acoustics instead of actually writing about what songs were sung and what changes were made to them. Gabbing about how they didn't sell 200 tickets so that all 200 of Spoon's friends could show up - they can stick that in there but at least give some more meat to the story, say what was sung. Gah!
