Ok so a few years ago I was watching carson daly after conan and saw this band called spoon perform a really cool song. Flash forward a few years and I've just started getting into them, got a couple of their albums, but I can't for the life of me find out what song it was they played way back then. Can anyone help me out?
Carson Daly sucks! he's not funny at all, poor guy! I highly doubt Spoon would be on the Carson Daly show. Must've have been a different band. Did I mention Carson Daly sucks at monologues?
I am not a fan of him or the show, but you can't blame Spoon for promoting the band's music. According to Wikipedia, Spoon was on the show and they played The Underdog; however, that had to be pretty recent. Definitely not a couple of years ago. I imagine that it is possible that they would have visited the show to support Gimme Fiction. And I could see them playing several numbers off of that album...So, I can't really help you out.
yeah I don't really like carson I was just watching it because I had been watching conan and his show came on afterwards.
Spoon definitely played Last Call on December 14, 2005. But I googled and googled and couldn't find any mention of what song they played. 
Don't know how the date can help you but I hope it does somehow!
