    Aye!

Is this a legit rumor or are you just trying to get the ball rolling Tyler?

Haha I'm trying to start a rumor. I dunno? Get some buzz going, even if it's a false buzz. Nothing is happening on here lately, so yeah I'm spreading lies. What a terrible person I am. :) :/ I love Spoon. I'm just messing around/dreaming about the idea. Of a definitive, diverse live album. I understand bands disowning the thought of best-ofs and greatest hits, but there is nothing like a great live album. Spoon does so many great things live. Their live album would be fantastic.

They should play in the ruins of Pompei and film it.

Haha, Pink Floyd would have some words about that one.

I like the idea of them cultivating a group of really good performances or interesting reinterpretations of songs (like how they do The Ghost of You Lingers). Particularly the songs from Transference, which I thought were often good songs but not good always recordings. Nobody Gets Me But You would kill.

A Spoon rumor mill, I like it haha! A live album would be cool, I would love to see a bunch of live videos with behind the scene kinda stuff, or some insight to how they proceed in the studio and Britt's song writing process. That would be the end all be all my friends (:

First off live at Pompeii is the greatest live recorded film of all time. What an amazing film. NOT the directors cut with cheesy graphics either. The original.

Yes. I think the new interpretations of songs would be awesome. For instance small stakes kills live. The minimalist recording is great, but the full live band doing it is equally great.
