Just remembered a top moment after the Leeds gig when the lights came on. As Spoon finished the beautiful last track from the Beatles classic White album "Good Night" came on.

Can I thank the band for this class touch and excellent end to the gig :)

No no sorry I mean after they went off stage and the lights went on this music came on as people left the venue. I am sure this will have been their choice as most bands select the music pre and post performance!

    Awesome!

That's fantastic. What a way to end the show. Speaking of the beatles I was listening to John Lennon today. On the anthology there is a song called "I'm the Greatest". It's a demo but I love that song. Reminds me a bit of "Written in Reverse".

Actually it was a Ringo song that John wrote for him. But I ws listening to the John Lennon Anthology and John songs on it. Ok just setting the record straight if anyone cared.

Always been a big fan of this song... Definitely a classy touch. This was, believe it or not, my favorite song on the White Album for a while. Apparently John Lennon intended it as a sort of joke though; it was supposed to be like an overly-schmaltzy lullaby.
