   I found out about this radio broadcast for a show Spoon did last month in Austin that this local radio station, KUT is airing today at 8 PM CST through here: http://kut.org/items/show/19950

   KUT is proud to present an exclusive radio concert featuring Austin’s own Spoon caught live in Austin.

   The four-piece indie rock pioneers formed in Austin in late 1993. In the years since, chief songwriter Britt Daniel’s distinctive minimalist mix of pop and avant-garde has established Spoon as one of the most critically acclaimed bands in the world. With the January release of its seventh album, Transference, Spoon has been hailed by The New York Times as at its “creative pinnacle”.

   In this performance, caught live on the historic soundstage of Austin City Limits before an audience of KUT listeners and supporters, Spoon plays a stunning 80 minute set featuring both new songs and deep tracks from the band’s catalog.

   Totally worth listening to just to hear them play "Me and the Bean" at the very end. Best song ever.

   Mj, if you could upload a file with the tracks split up, that would be great! I saved the source file from the KUT site but it'd be nice to be able to listen to the tracks individually.

   I have it ready to go (with tracks split up and i cut out that dj who kept interrupting with "you're listening to spoon at KUT, the band members are...blah blah blah...."). I can put it up tonight when I get home from work if no one else has yet.
