Including their set when opening for Arcade Fire last year at Madison Square Garden, all the way back to 1996 (!)

I would highly recommend this recording at Emo's from 2004 (in Austin I believe) - http://www.archive.org/details/spoon2004-12-04.flac16

Also this 2008 set from the Fillmore (in San Fransisco likely) - http://www.archive.org/details/spoon2008-09-22.flac16 (great version of Peace like a River)

These two recordings are almost canonical to me since I've listened to them so many times, also almost forgot that there are dozens upon dozens of Spoon sets archived on there in very good quality usually.

A whole year's worth of Spoon, what more could one ask for! Enjoy

Update!!! Britt Daniel also has a page, and is apparently quite supportive of the bootleg scene,

I feel like a Phish fan or something

Awesome! I was at that 2004 Emo's show. I was also at this show: http://www.archive.org/details/spoon2004-03-05.aud

Now to download all of the ones I wasn't at so I can pretend that I was there...

These archives have exposed me to "Telephone My Heart" - for that alone I am grateful.

I uploaded quite a bit there, including some old shows and some London shows I taped.

Hi I'm new here so sorry to interject but... I'm pretty sure that the infinite loop on the end of GAx5 vinyl is the beginning of "Telephone My Heart"!!

Never be sorry for interjecting on this board!

Also, I didn't know there was an infinite playout loop on GAx5's vinyl. Seems like something Spoon would do.

hey I'm new as well, I've actually been wanting to join this board for quite some time, but the register page was broken. I usually check this board every other day for spoon news and when I saw somebody new had joined, I was like finally they fixed it.

Another note on archive.org, they have the wayback machine and you can plug in www.spoontheband.com to get any of the bonus song downloads of the past you may have missed. Or you could use it just to have a trip down memory lane and look at the old spoon website.
