Would you sponsor me in the MS150 bike ride? ... This is a 75-mile bike ride from southern RI to New London, CT ... and then back the next day, all to raise money for MS research.
I'm a very active person, and I can't imagine having MS and not being able to bike, hike or run, and having to deal with memory loss, blurry vision, and possibly not being able to walk.
Today, there is no cure for multiple sclerosis, and with diagnosis occurring most frequently between the ages of 20 and 50, many individuals face a lifetime filled with unpredictability.
I hope that the money I raise along with other participants will mean that in the future, MS will not prevent someone from being active and enjoying the natural beauty of the Great Outdoors.
