I'm wondering if this was supposed to be debatable or had some strange concessions between the authors. Metal School?

Many of these would not be in my top 10, but it's still a great list of songs. Spoon!

The only thing I agree with on that list is having "Everything Hits At Once" on it.

I highly disagree with the rest of their choices. They couldn't even bother putting anything from Transference on there.

Hmm. On that list, I'd definitely have 'Paper Tiger' and 'Everything Hits At Once', and MAYBE 'The Two Sides Of Monsieur Valentine' and 'Don't You Evah', but it depends on how I size them up to everything else. Whoever decided to do this article was obviously feeling very ambitious, because narrowing down a discography that is almost 100% brilliant to just ten selections is quite a tall order in my opinion. Nonetheless, I think they did very well at giving reasons for why each song had its place on the list, and for a diverse band like Spoon, I think a lot of it will come down to personal opinion anyway.

This is a much better "best of" list...

Still, no one ever mentions "They Never Got You", which I often think may be my rock-solid number 1.
