I was 2nd row floor at this one. This show was phenomenal- definitely up there in one of my top favorite shows of theirs. I can't believe how good that setlist was. Hearing Vittorio E and Back to the Life...so good. I'm still kinda giddy from the whole thing. </p> <p>I couldn't hear any major sound issues. Of course I wish they could be playing smaller venues, but I understand they need to play big ones to fit more people, and they're getting more popular, etc. It's the whole assigned seating thing that gets me annoyed too. The last time I saw Spoon from a seated place, it was the Hollywood Bowl when they were opening for Beck. I wasn't too far away, but I wasn't in front and when you're used to being up front...well it's just not the same. Plus scalpers are getting most of these front row seats- have you guys seen the prices some are charging on eBay for the NYC show? I don't think it's exactly "fair" to get assigned seating and not be able to get up close to the stage and enjoy the show the way you normally would. Radio City is a real stickler for not letting people rush the stage.
